Role Overview: As an Associate Manager / Sr. Analyst at Mecklai Financial Services, your main responsibility will be to deliver high-quality advisory services on FX markets to clients, ensuring they are protected against FX risk. In addition, you will be involved in the sale of Risk advisory services and cross-selling other services offered by the company such as Policy and Valuations. Key Responsibilities: - Track currency markets and allied events to develop currency strategies for various time frames in USDINR and other major currencies - Utilize Technical and Fundamental Analysis to formulate currency strategies and translate them into actionable hedging/trading strategies for clients - Acquire clients, provide them with market risk support, and manage end-to-end responsibilities including invoicing, fee upgrades, relationship management, and account renewals - Ensure proper backup of clients in the absence of primary/secondary dealers Qualifications Required: - MBA in Finance - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Currency Markets - Practical domain expertise in currency markets - Ability to understand business workings including product margins, sales cycles, and working capital constraints - Proficiency in fundamental and technical analysis - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Strong communication and relationship skills - Sense of urgency in addressing client support needs - Familiarity with the various schemes offered by Mecklai Financial Services (Note: Any additional details about the company were not provided in the job description),
