We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team in selling advanced industrial products. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating client relationships, and closing deals with industrial and manufacturing clients. This role involves a combination of technical knowledge and strong sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of our products and provide solutions to meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and target potential customers in the industrial sector. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales & Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive outreach and follow-ups. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and technical documentation. Negotiate contract terms and close agreements with clients. Technical Consultation & Support: Serve as the primary technical resource for customers, providing pre- and post-sales support. Understand customer requirements, suggest solutions, and demonstrate the practical applications of our products. Conduct technical training and product demonstrations to ensure clients understand product functionality and advantages. Market Research & Strategy Development: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with product development and engineering teams to understand product features and improve customer offerings. Coordinate with the marketing team on product promotions and campaigns to enhance sales efforts. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field. 2-3 Years Proven experience in industrial sales or a similar technical sales role. Strong technical knowledge of industrial products and applications Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and present complex technical information effectively. Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRM software and sales forecasting tools. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards. Proficiency in multiple languages (if applicable). Working Conditions: The role may require travel to client sites and industry trade shows. This position offers a competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.
