Job Description for Mechanical Shift Incharge – Pellet Plant:

Department: Mechanical Maintenance / Operations

Experience: 4 – 8 Years (in Pellet Plant / Beneficiation / Steel industry)
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Mechanical Shift Incharge for our Pellet Plant to supervise and manage all mechanical maintenance and operational activities during the assigned shift. The role ensures smooth plant running, minimum downtime, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the mechanical team during the shift to ensure smooth operation of the pellet plant.
• Monitor and maintain equipment such as balling discs, indurating machines, rotary kiln, conveyors, crushers, screens, and fans.
• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and coordinate quick rectification to reduce downtime.
• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance schedules are followed during the shift.
• Allocate manpower for mechanical jobs and coordinate

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
