MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (ASSISTANT - ASSOCIATE - PROFESSORS)

As a faculty member at our institution, your role will involve translating our ambitious vision into meaningful learning experiences inside the classroom. You are expected to go beyond traditional lecturing and encourage students to engage in higher order engineering thinking. Additionally, we are looking for individuals who can focus on engineering research and contribute to academic publications in Scopus indexed journals. Key Responsibilities: - Support the design and delivery of the engineering degree program within the autonomous framework - Actively engage in publishing research papers related to your area of interest - Assist in accreditation and affiliation efforts - Mentor students in engineering product design - Lead a flagship initiative of the institution Qualifications Required: - For Professors: Post-doctoral fellowship with a minimum of 15 years of experience - For Associate Professors: Doctorate or Post-Doctoral fellowship with a minimum of 10 years of experience - For Assistant Professors: Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience In terms of the desired candidate profile, we are seeking individuals with the following educational background: - UG: B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering - PG: M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering - Doctorate: Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering Please note that research experience, particularly in the field of engineering education, will be highly valued.
