Senior Draftsman Mechanical

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Draftsman Mechanical to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed mechanical drawings, designs, and specifications using AutoCAD. This role is ideal for a mechanical engineering professional with a strong background in enclosure design and drawing, preferably in the electrical/electronics industry.

Responsibilities

Create detailed mechanical drawings, designs, and specifications using AutoCAD
Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of mechanical systems and components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design and drawing accuracy and compliance with industry standards
Provide technical support and guidance to junior draftsmen and engineers
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in mechanical design and drafting

Requirements

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI in Mechanical
Minimum 7 years of total experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Enclosure Design and Drawing using AutoCAD, preferably in the Electrical/Electronics industry
Experience in Fabrication will be an added advantage
