As an intern at Ansoz Creations, your primary responsibilities will include creating and editing detailed 2D designs and layouts for various products using software such as Catia, Solidworks, and Autocad. You will ensure precision in measurements and alignment while setting up designs for laser cutting or engraving. Configuring appropriate parameters like speed, power, and material type will be essential for successful implementation. Efficient arrangement of design elements within the working area to minimize waste and reduce production costs will be crucial. You will also conduct test cuts and engravings on sample materials to verify the functionality of designs and make necessary adjustments. Collaboration with engineers, production teams, and other designers is vital to ensure that designs meet functional requirements and can be produced effectively. Identifying and resolving issues during the design or production process, maintaining detailed records of designs and production processes, and staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in product design and laser cutting technologies are integral parts of this role. Moreover, you will be involved in creating attractive product designs on RD works software, working closely with product managers and other teams to establish release plans, acknowledging budget constraints, creating product prototypes, and adapting designs based on feedback received. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech or equivalent) and practical skills in product design software such as Autocad, Catia, or Solidworks.
