Mechanical Designer _Bangalore _ On Contract

As a Mechanical Designer, you will collaborate with our engineering team on electrical distribution equipment, focusing on creating mechanical adaptations to meet customer requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out design verifications and suggesting improvements to ensure fast-track and efficient construction.
• Understanding complex installation and analysis methods.
• Reviewing building installation and layout drawings from suppliers to align with project specifications and relevant standards.
• Assisting project engineers as needed and supporting multiple projects and tendering tasks.
• Communicating effectively with clients and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and translate customer specifications into drawings and instructions according to local and corporate standards.
• Create 3D models and 2D/3D building layouts, ensuring compliance with applicable standards (IEC/ANSI/UL, etc.).
• Prepare manufacturing and production drawings in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Creo, and Inventor.
