Description
As an Associate II in Engineering Design at UST, you will be responsible for Mechanical Design tasks. With a deep understanding of engineering fundamentals such as strength of materials, material science, thermal, and fluid dynamics, you will play a crucial role in the design process. Your CAD modeling skills, including 3D part modeling, drafting, and assembly modeling, will be essential in creating accurate designs. Additionally, your expertise in part manufacturing techniques like machining, sheet metal design, manufacturing, tolerance analysis, and GD&T will be utilized to ensure the manufacturability of the designs. Problem-solving skills, coupled with analytical and data analysis abilities, will be highly valued in this role. Effective communication and presentation skills are essential for collaborating with team members and presenting your designs.
