Job Description

Role Overview: As a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer (MEP), you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and providing technical support for MEP systems in building or infrastructure projects. Your role will involve ensuring professional MEP solutions throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on efficient, safe, and reliable system designs that meet client and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design and draw MEP systems including electrical, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for building projects. - Prepare design specifications, construction drawings, and related technical documents. - Participate in project reviews to provide feasibility analysis and optimization suggestions. - Provide technical support during the construction phase, guiding on-site installation and construction. - Coordinate with civil engineering, structural, architectural, and other teams to ensure consistency with overall project design. - Review construction plans and material lists to ensure compliance with technical standards and budget requirements. - Participate in project budget preparation, cost control, and bid quoting. - Analyze electromechanical systems performance and propose improvement and energy-saving solutions. - Track project progress and ensure timely completion of key milestones. - Comply with national and industry electromechanical design specifications and safety standards. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in electromechanical design/construction of building or infrastructure projects. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Dialux, EPLAN, or similar electromechanical design software. - Familiarity with electromechanical system construction specifications, safety standards, and on-site coordination experience. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills. - Proficiency in English or Spanish is preferred, depending on project internationalization requirements.
