Monitor production planning and control activities within the organization. Review daily planning of work centre output, utility and manpower management Ensure delivery performance by daily monitoring of Engineering, Production work Centre output, shift planning, work order priority and planning Handle grievances related to customer delivery concerns and report to group leader about unresolved issues Notify Technical Sales Support Team regarding planning deviation or any other production related technical concerns Ensure shift planning to achieve desire operational efficiency without compromising on customer delivery performance Coordination with stores, Quality, maintenance and other departments for production activities Define, implement and improve processes as per best manufacturing practices and ISO 9001 Maintain 5S, use problem solving tools and best manufacturing practices (lean manufacturing, Kaizen etc.) Coordination with logistic partners for physical collection and connection of shipments Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules. Qualification required: Diploma / BE - Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics. Experience of working in a manufacturing background is preferred. Specific experience . 2- 4 years of experience.
