Program Structure Phase 1 (0–6 Months): Unpaid Internship – learning, execution & performance testing Phase 2 (6–18 Months): Paid Internship – based on performance in Phase 1 Post Internship: Top performers will be offered a permanent role in the core team Key Responsibilities Work directly with the CEO to track, follow up, and close action items Coordinate with internal teams & ensure timely updates/reporting Support business development : market research, lead tracking, client follow-ups Prepare reports, presentations, investor & partner material Monitor healthcare & med-tech trends to guide strategy Contribute to funding applications, grants, and partnerships Who Can Apply MBA/BBA/Commerce/Management students or recent graduates Strong interest in business development, healthcare innovation & startups Excellent communication, coordination & follow-up skills Highly organized, proactive, and ownership-driven Looking for long-term growth, not just a short internship What You’ll Gain Hands-on exposure to startup operations & business growth Direct mentorship from the CEO & founding team A clear growth path : Intern → Paid Intern → Core Team Unique opportunity to work in the CEO’s Office with leadership-track potential Location : Hybrid (Andhra Pradesh / Remote) Apply at : hr@mech-bioxinnovations.com Why do you want to apply for this internship?
