Measurement & Report New Associate

Role Overview: As a New Associate at Accenture, you will be part of the client reporting and insights team, where you will be responsible for Power BI based reporting for various operational purposes. Your role will involve MIS reporting utilizing MS Excel and VBA (macro) for operational tasks, as well as ad hoc automation to meet operational requirements. You will also be involved in creating and modifying SQL queries based on client and operational needs, along with performance reporting data and trend analysis to enhance process performance. Supporting the Operations team in different types of data analysis using SQL and Power BI, and creating Salesforce reports for client and operational use will be part of your responsibilities. A key aspect of your role will be driving performance improvements through automation and analyzing business information to identify process enhancements for increased efficiency and effectiveness. Participation in cross-functional meetings to address recurring customer issues will also be a part of your daily tasks.
