Responsible for executing day-to-day PTP operational activities including invoice processing, travel & expense claims, helpdesk resolution, and vendor payments with accuracy and timeliness. General Accounting practices A set of international accounting standards stating how particular types of transactions and other events should be reported in financial statements.What are we looking for?
Good knowledge of basic accounting & ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and teamwork Roles and Responsibilities:Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and ensure 3-way match compliance.Validate and audit employee T&E claims as per policy.Respond to vendor and employee queries via helpdesk / ticketing tools.Support payment run activities including exception handling.Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and compliance policies.Escalate issues and discrepancies to seniors/SMEs.
