Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales and growth for our catering services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and a proven track record in hospitality, food, or catering industries. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate catering, events, and bulk meal services . Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate offices, event planners, co-working spaces, and institutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Work closely with operations and culinary teams to create customized catering solutions for clients. Handle client negotiations, proposals, and contract closures. Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups. Maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management. Ensure excellent client satisfaction and drive repeat business. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field . 37 years of experience in business development/sales (preferably in food & beverage, catering, or hospitality). Strong network in corporate and events sector . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
