This is a critical leadership role responsible for the overall strategy and execution of our digital marketing campaigns, website sales funnels, and business development efforts. Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital sales and marketing strategy to significantly increase revenue from our core services: domain sales, web hosting, website development, and digital marketing. Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify new market opportunities and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on sales performance to the executive team. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 7 professionals across sales and marketing functions. Foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture and ensure the team has the necessary tools and training to succeed. Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns. Ensure marketing efforts are data-driven and aligned with business goals. Website & User Experience: Take ownership of the company's websites, ensuring they are optimized for lead generation, conversion, and user experience. Use A/B testing and analytics to continuously improve site performance. Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and achieve sales objectives. Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our services and strategies remain competitive and relevant. Qualifications:Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in digital sales and marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role. Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of the domain, hosting, and website development industry is a must. Digital Marketing Acumen: Deep understanding of modern digital marketing strategies and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, etc.). Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a small but mighty team. Business Acumen: Strong commercial sense with a focus on P&L management, revenue generation, and customer acquisition costs.
