MDM Developer Lead

About the Role We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic MDM Dev Lead to spearhead our Master Data Management initiatives using Reltio, Snowflake, and Azure. As a senior technical leader, you will architect, design, and lead the implementation of scalable MDM solutions, while mentoring developers and collaborating with key stakeholders across data, engineering, and business functions. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end MDM solution design and implementation using Reltio, ensuring data quality, governance, and business alignment. Drive the architecture and optimization of Reltio Data Integration Hub (DIH) for high-performance data ingestion and processing. Integrate Reltio packages and recipes into robust CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps practices. Provide hands-on technical leadership in building scalable data engineering workflows using Snowflake, Python, and SQL. Oversee and fine-tune data architecture and pipeline performance for analytics and operational systems. Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement Life Sciences Velocity package configurations and adapt them to domain-specific needs. Work closely with cloud infrastructure teams to leverage Azure services (Blob Storage, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps) in the MDM landscape. Define best practices, review code, mentor junior developers, and ensure quality delivery through agile execution. . Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of overall experience in Master Data Management, including 3+ years of hands-on experience with Reltio. Led or played a key role in at least one full-cycle Reltio MDM implementation. Expertise in Reltio Data Integration Hub (DIH) and performance tuning. Strong hands-on knowledge of Snowflake and modern data engineering techniques. Deep programming proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience in integrating Reltio packages and recipes with DevOps pipelines. Solid understanding of Azure cloud ecosystem: Blob Storage Azure Functions Azure DevOps Preferred Qualifications Experience working with or configuring Life Sciences Velocity packages. Domain knowledge in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare data systems. Familiarity with MDM best practices including survivorship, hierarchy management, and stewardship workflows. .
