Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and administer IBM MDM in both on-prem and cloud environments.
Manage and support MDM clustering, high availability.
Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for production support.

Required Skills

10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM (MDM), including deployment, administration, and troubleshooting.
Deep understanding of MDM architecture , components, clustering, and data model.
Experience with MDM in cloud environments
Strong Linux administration
Experience with Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
Proven ability in root cause analysis, debugging , and resolving MDM-related issues.
Good understanding of security, user access management , and backup/recovery procedures .
