Design the future of our HR systems We are looking for a Global HR-IT Systems Advisor (Focus SuccessFactors LMS) (m/f/d) in our IT Hub in Sofia. If you are passionate about HR Systems and the global Data Maintenance you might be interested in this position. As a Global HR-IT Systems Advisor (Focus SAP SuccessFactors LMS) (m/f/d) in our global HR organization, you’ll take on a key role in advancing our international HR systems landscape – with a strong focus on efficiency, data quality. Your tasks You are the central contact person for our HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, SAP HCM) globally, coordinating the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting in close collaboration with the local HR departments (six worldwide) and our IT. As the responsible person (m/f/d) for global HR data, you monitor and train the local colleagues, and develop, administer, and enhance the system-generated reports and dashboards in SuccessFactors. You analyze existing HR systems, processes, and workflows, identifying improvement potentials in terms of local applicability, efficiency, and usability. You work closely with the global HR team, IT department, and external vendors to seamlessly integrate and further develop systems. You understand core HR processes such as performance management and employee development and implement them systematically. You introduce new, AI-supported approaches into our systems and stay up-to-date with the digitalization in HR. Your profile A completed degree (Bachelor's or comparable) in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a comparable field At least 3 years of professional experience in the area of HR systems or HR IT In-depth knowledge of HR software such as SuccessFactors (especially LMS), SAP HCM, HR QlikView, etc. Experience with payroll interfaces and their integration into global HR systems Very good Excel skills (Pivot, complex formulas, Power Query, etc.) Know-how in the analysis of HR data and preparation of management reports Strong communication skills in English Analytical thinking, proactive work approach, and team spirit If you have any questions, please contact Christoph Reindl on +49 (0) 8638 604 658 .
