Sorting through hundreds of resumes/applications to find the ideal match Negotiating pay rates between vendors and candidates Advertising Jobs in Job Portals and Social Media like LinkedIn, Blogs, Google Groups, etc. Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop). IT Industry Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of the IT industry to source and attract high-caliber candidates. Stay updated with industry trends and insights to inform recruitment strategies. Communication and Relationship Building: Engage with candidates and stakeholders with exceptional communication skills, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
