Role: Marketing Specialist Location: Gurugram (Hybrid) Shift: US Shift (7 PM to 4 AM IST) Type: Full-Time Experience: 1 to 5 Years (Freshers with Preference: Local to Gurugram, Delhi/NCR Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be ready to work in US Shift (7 PM to 4 AM IST) Overview: We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead brand visibility and lead generation efforts in the Data Management & Analytics domain. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in email marketing, content creation, social media management , and basic graphic design . Key Responsibilities: Execute email campaigns and optimize for performance Create engaging content (blogs, whitepapers, videos, etc.) Manage and grow presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms Develop visuals: banners, infographics, short videos Plan and run multi-channel campaigns, track performance Conduct market research and share insights Required Skills: 15 years in B2B marketing (IT/Tech domain preferred) Tools: HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe tools Basic video editing, banner creation, and graphic design Strong writing, SEO, and Google Analytics skills Understanding of data analytics is a plus Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
