Key Responsibilities: Provide specialist orthopedic assessment, diagnosis, and surgical treatment for patients. Perform elective and trauma surgeries, including joint replacements, fracture management, arthroscopy, and other subspecialty procedures. Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary clinical team including junior doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and allied health professionals. Participate in outpatient clinics and pre-/post-operative patient care. Maintain high standards of clinical governance, patient safety, and record keeping. Take part in on-call duties and manage emergency orthopedic cases as required. Contribute to service development, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Support training and mentoring of junior medical staff and students. Engage in continuing professional development (CPD) and maintain professional certification. Comply with all legal, professional, and ethical standards, including GMC guidelines.
