Role Responsibilities Conduct thorough medical examinations for outpatients. Diagnose and treat health conditions effectively. Provide essential healthcare services as part of a government project. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care. Advise patients on health management and disease prevention. Respond to patient inquiries and provide guidance on health issues. Participate in outreach programs to educate the community about health services. Ensure compliance with government health regulations. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Work with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes. Encourage and support preventive healthcare measures among patients. Prepare and manage reports related to patient health data. Assist in the organization of health camps and community health activities. Stay updated with the latest medical trends and practices. Qualifications MBBS degree from a recognized institution. Registered medical practitioner with a valid license. Experience in OPD services is preferred. Strong clinical skills and knowledge in general medicine. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in maintaining medical records and documentation. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Compassionate and patient-oriented approach. Ability to handle stressful situations and manage time effectively. Familiarity with government health programs is an advantage. Commitment to continuous professional development. Strong problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance issues. Basic computer skills for record-keeping. Willingness to work onsite in Keonjhar, MP.
