Job Title: MBBS Doctor

Job Purpose:

To provide clinical care and medical support to fertility patients, assist IVF consultants in ART procedures, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain high standards of patient safety and care.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct OPD consultations, patient assessment, and follow-ups
• Take detailed medical history, examination, and vitals
• Assist IVF consultants during IUI, OPU, ET, and OT procedures
• Monitor patients during ovarian stimulation and post-procedure recovery
• Prescribe medications as per IVF consultant’s plan
• Handle emergency situations and provide first-line medical care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, EMR, consents, and discharge summaries
• Coordinate with nursing, embryology, andrology, lab, pharmacy, and counselling teams
• Ensure compliance with ART Act, NABH standards, and hospital SOPs
• Counsel patients regarding treatment process, medications, and precautions
• Participate in clinical audits, meetings, and quality improvement activities
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical medical practice

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong clinical decision-making and patient-handling skills
• Knowledge of reproductive medicine / IVF protocols (training provided)
• Good communication and counselling abilities
• Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations
• Compassionate, professional, and patient-centric approach

Qualification:

• MBBS from a recognized medical college

Experience:

• 2–4years (IVF / hospital experience preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
