Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve the consultancy's goals and objectives, including expanding market presence and student recruitment. Oversee and lead a team of education consultants, administrative staff, and support personnel, ensuring they work cohesively to deliver exceptional services. Provide expert guidance and counseling to students regarding study abroad options, including course selection, universities, visa procedures, and scholarship opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families, addressing their concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Stay informed about international education trends, visa regulations, and university admission requirements to provide accurate information to students. Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract prospective students, including organizing seminars, webinars, and promotional events. Maintain accurate records of student applications, admissions, and visa processes, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
