Roles & Responsibililities- · Order & Payment follow-up from existing customer. · Have skills in customers data management & Customer relationship management. · Presentation making, Support to Business Development. · Customer relationship management skills. · Coordination between clients and Business Development team. · Coordination with client, maintain the existing business · Making sure all the leads of the clients after placing orders are met. · Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection · of payment. · Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to · the concern. · Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients.
