Key Responsibilities: Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, and assist them throughout the buying process. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery items (gold, diamond, silver, etc.) Display products effectively and handle them carefully to avoid damage or loss. Provide detailed information about products – karat, weight, price, certification, making charges, and discounts. Ensure accurate and prompt billing, weighing, and packaging of products. Follow up with customers on enquiries and after-sales service. Maintain cleanliness and display of the counter as per company standards. Meet daily/monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance. Handle customer complaints or concerns tactfully and escalate when necessary. Work collaboratively with team members and support during stock-taking, audits, and store events. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred Prior experience in jewellery or luxury retail is an advantage Good communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, English) Basic knowledge of jewellery products, hallmarking, and billing systems Confidence, honesty, and ability to handle high-value transactions Good grooming and professional appearance Willingness to work on weekends, festivals, and extended hours (as per store needs) Note: For the first 2 months the candidate will have to report to the Laxmi Road retail outlet for training.
