We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team and support our talent acquisition and employee engagement functions. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment • Handle end-to-end IT and non-IT recruitment for international staffing requirements. • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. • Employee Relations & Engagement • Onboard new employees and ensure smooth induction. • Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance data. • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and support. • HR Operations • Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and compliance requirements. • Draft and manage HR policies, offer letters, agreements, and documentation. • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. • Training & Development • Collaborate with management to organize training sessions and workshops. • Monitor employee performance and suggest improvement initiatives. ⸻ Requirements • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in IT recruitment or staffing industry). • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, HR policies, and compliance. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. ⸻ What We Offer • Competitive salary with performance incentives. • Opportunity to work with international clients and candidates. • Growth-oriented and supportive work environment. • Exposure to both IT staffing and HR operations.
