Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance function of the cement unit. Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual Balance Sheet and P&L statements as per statutory requirements. Prepare and analyze Cash Flow Statements, Cost Reports, and Budgets. Generate Monthly MIS Reports and present financial performance to the management. Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance and filings. Supervise accounting entries, reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and audit coordination. Monitor and manage working capital, banking operations, and fund flow. Oversee costing activities specific to cement production, including raw material, fuel, and overhead analysis. Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. Ensure compliance with all applicable financial laws and company policies.
