As we scale our global capabilities, we are seeking a visionary and experienced leader to head our People & Organizational Performance Practice . Position Overview The Global Head of People & Organizational Performance Practice will be responsible for defining and executing the global strategy for Maximo Advisory’s people advisory services. This includes leadership development, talent management, organizational design, and culture transformation. The role requires a strategic thinker and influential leader who can drive practice growth, develop high-impact solutions, and build strong client relationships across diverse industries and geographies. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive global strategy for the People & Organizational Performance Practice. Oversee the delivery of consulting engagements focused on talent management, leadership development, organizational design, change management, and culture transformation. Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing global team of consultants and experts. Collaborate with other practice leaders and senior executives to create integrated solutions that address complex client challenges. Develop thought leadership, methodologies, and intellectual property to advance the practice’s market position. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners globally. Drive business development activities including proposal development, client presentations, and partnership negotiations. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging best practices to ensure the practice remains at the forefront of innovation. Manage practice financial performance, resource allocation, and operational effectiveness. Required Qualifications and Experience Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. MBA preferred. Minimum 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience in organizational performance, talent management, or human capital consulting. Proven track record of successfully leading and growing a consulting practice or business unit at a global or multinational level. Deep expertise in organizational design, leadership development, change management, and employee engagement. Exceptional strategic thinking, client management, and business development skills. Experience managing multicultural teams and working in diverse geographic regions. Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at the C-suite level. Demonstrated ability to innovate and develop market-leading advisory solutions. Preferred Competencies Thought leadership with published articles, speaking engagements, or recognized contributions in the field of people and organizational performance. Experience working across multiple industries including financial services, technology, manufacturing, and public sector. Familiarity with digital HR technologies and data-driven people analytics.
