Job Summary: We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Technical Lead with deep experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem . The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, drive architecture decisions, ensure code quality, and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the technical design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Customize and extend Dynamics modules using X++, C#, AL, JavaScript, or Power Platform as applicable. Architect integration strategies using REST/OData APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and custom connectors. Review and ensure code quality, security, and maintainability across the technical team. Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and project managers to translate requirements into technical solutions. Manage deployments, migrations, and upgrades using Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools. Troubleshoot technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and provide ongoing support. Have knowledge on migrating other CRM to Microsoft Dynamics Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / CE / BC). 2+ years in a technical leadership or senior developer role. BE/Masters is Computer Science related discipline Proficiency in: X++ (F&O) C# and Plugins (CE/CRM) AL (Business Central) Power Platform, JavaScript, .NET, SQL Server Strong understanding of Dynamics SDKs, data entities, workflows, and integration points. Experience working on CRM migrations. Experience with reporting tools like SSRS, Power BI, or Electronic Reporting (ER). Familiarity with Azure services, Dataverse, Power Automate, and DevOps pipelines. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
