Job Knowledge • To demonstrate effective application of technical & professional knowledge. • Implementation of NABH standards • Analysis of requirements of forms, formats, and process development • In-depth knowledge of Excel, Analysis, and quality tools • KPI analysis • Good Communication skills Job Description: • Monthly analysis of KPI • To generate a Quality report of the Quality department and communicate to stakeholders • Monthly data tracker with the information related to HO • Conducting departmental survey according to NABH standards. • Conducting audits as assigned. • IR analysis and its closure. • KPI analysis and its responsibility • Document control tracker maintenance • Preparation of PPT for the reporting manager. • Preparing process flows and guiding departments in the development of process flows • Conducting training as per the requirement. • Attend meetings if required • Accompany rounds with other department heads • Any other work given by the reporting manager Audits & QI projects • Carry out routine audits of clinical areas/departments. • Provide feedback to departments. • Support and implement QI projects • Closure of Nonconformities Medical Policies and Standards • Dissemination, Implementation, Training of Organization policies and regular audits. Clinical indicators and Performance indicators • To support the development, periodic review, and improvement of clinicalindicators.
