Job Title: · Client Engagement Manager – B2B (Insolvency & Bankruptcy). · Location: Worli Mumbai. · Department: Business Development / Client Services. · Reports To: Director / Senior Partner. · Employment Type: Full - Time. · Remuneration: 4,80,000 - 5,00,000. About Us: We are a registered Insolvency Professional Entity (IPE) operating in the field of insolvency, bankruptcy, and business restructuring. Our team comprises licensed Insolvency Professionals and legal and financial experts, helping distressed businesses find effective solutions in line with the IBC (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code) framework. Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Engagement Manager to manage B2B relationships, liaise with existing and potential corporate clients, and support the end-to-end process of client onboarding, case acquisition, and engagement closure. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in strengthening our market presence and ensuring seamless coordination between our internal team and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: · Client Liaison & Relationship Management. · Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients across sectors. · Build and maintain strong relationships with company promoters, legal teams, and CXOs of distressed or interested entities. · Engagement Identification & Initiation. · Identify and meet with corporate clients to understand their insolvency or restructuring requirements. · Collect, review, and validate the necessary company data and documents to evaluate engagement feasibility. · Conduct meetings and presentations with client decision-makers to propose appropriate IBC-led solutions. · Collaborate with legal and financial teams to structure and tailor proposals in compliance with regulatory norms. Key Skills & Competencies: · Strong interpersonal and communication skills. · Deep understanding of B2B sales or corporate services. · Knowledge of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC), CIRP, Liquidation processes (preferred). · Ability to conduct corporate-level discussions and negotiations. · High degree of professionalism and client handling acumen. · Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. Qualifications: · Graduate/Postgraduate in any field. · Preferred: Business Administration, Finance, or related field. · 2+ years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will hold a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any field, with a preference for Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
