Job Requirement Preferred one or more years of experience providing support on Order Management Process. Proven ability to multi-task and work through ambiguous requirements. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to respond to emails in the proper vocabulary of a supported language - Good Business communication (email & verbal). High energy/drive for results. Priority setting/time management. Focus on Accuracy and attention to detail Good working knowledge in MS Office applications. Awareness of key metrics and targets.
