Job Role & Responsibilities: Business Development : Identify new Customers and Maintain existing customers in the Coimbatore region. Sales Targets : Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives. Channel Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients. Market Penetration : Increase brand visibility and product penetration in the assigned territory. Promotions & Campaigns : Execute local promotional activities, product demos, and seminars. Reporting : Provide timely reports on sales performance, competition activity, and market trends. Customer Service : Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Minimum 1 years of experience in Industrial sales (Lubricant industry preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Tamil and working knowledge of English Must have a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively in the region Must have own 2 Wheeler.
