Role & responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies for power and distribution transformers Generate and follow up on sales leads, tenders, and inquiries Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC companies, utilities, and industrial clients Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations Coordinate with design and production teams to meet customer requirements Understand and analyze market trends, competitor products, and pricing Attend industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to promote the brand Prepare technical and commercial proposals Meet or exceed sales targets and prepare regular sales reports Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field 2+ years of experience in transformer sales/marketing or related electrical transformer Strong understanding of power/distribution transformers and their applications Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with tendering processes and utility standards is a plus
