We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company seeking a dedicated and reliable Packing & Operations Assistant to join our fulfillment team. This role is essential for ensuring that daily orders are accurately and efficiently packed and shipped to our customers. Key Responsibilities- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, inspect, and package daily customer orders following company guidelines to minimize errors and damages. Inventory Handling: Assist with organizing and maintaining packing materials and product inventory in the packing area. Billing and Documentation: Use a company laptop to generate and print necessary shipping labels, invoices, and bills for all packed orders. Quality Control: Ensure all packages are correctly sealed, labeled, and prepared for carrier pickup. Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station and surrounding work area. Required Skills & Qualifications Computer- Language Skills: Proficient in reading and writing English to accurately process order details, labels, and system prompts. Proficiency: Must be comfortable and capable of using a laptop for basic data entry, running company software (specifically for billing and label generation), and printing. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move packages. Reliability: Punctual and committed to maintaining a consistent daily schedule.
