The company operates from its Mumbai office, serving cedants (Insurers & Reinsurers) worldwide . Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Treaty Asia Pacific at Mathsons Re-Insurance Brokers. The Manager Treaty will be responsible for marketing , sales, managing treaty reinsurance broking activities, maintaining and developing relationships with clients in the Asia Pacific region. Treaty Placements (negotiating treaty terms and conditions, coordinating with underwriters and reinsurers). The role involves preparing and reviewing treaty documentation, analyzing reinsurance programs, and providing expert advice on treaty structures. This position is located in Mumbai but will involve travel within India, Asia Pacific and elsewhere as needed. Qualifications Experience in reinsurance broking and treaty management Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Knowledge of reinsurance market dynamics in the Asia Pacific region Ability to analyze and structure reinsurance programs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Minimum 10 years of experience in reinsurance or insurance industry
