Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Maths Teacher to join our Phoenix International School. The candidate will be responsible for delivering effective classroom instruction, preparing lesson plans, evaluating student progress, and promoting a love for mathematics among students.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging math lessons as per the curriculum.
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
Assess students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
Provide regular feedback to students and parents.
Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and staff training programs.
Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
Encourage analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Support students with additional help during remedial sessions if required.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mathematics or a related field.
B.Ed. (preferred or as per CBSE norms).
Prior teaching experience in a school setting preferred.
Strong communication skills and classroom management ability.
Proficient in English and basic computer skills.
