• Delivering engaging and concept-driven lessons as per the CBSE syllabus.
• Teaching a full range of subject areas assigned.
• Preparing daily and long-term lesson plans according to academy curriculum guidelines.
• Assigning work, correcting and marking work carried out by students
• Maintaining productive working habits and discipline in the classroom.
• Conducting regular assessments, class tests, and practice papers.
• Attending staff meetings, training and professional development sessions.
• Discussing students’ progress with parents and guardians, administrators and other professionals as necessary.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Tracking and reporting student progress.
• Coordinating with parents when necessary to update on student performance.
• Creating a positive and disciplined learning environment.
