We foster an engaging learning environment and encourage innovative teaching practices. Key Responsibilities: Teach Mathematics to students of Class 7 to 12 as per CBSE syllabus. Plan and deliver well-structured lessons that engage students and foster a love for Mathematics. Develop and implement individual learning plans for students based on their needs and abilities. Prepare teaching materials, assignments, tests, and conduct regular assessments. Monitor and report on students’ progress to parents and academic coordinators. Provide extra support for students preparing for Board Examinations (Class 10 & 12). Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and remedial classes as needed. Encourage analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in students. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher interactions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field. B.Ed. or teaching qualification preferred (not mandatory for experienced tutors). Proven experience teaching Mathematics at CBSE schools or coaching centres. Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum for classes 7th to 12th. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring young minds. Preferred Skills: Ability to teach advanced concepts and problem-solving techniques. Familiarity with digital tools and online teaching platforms. Positive, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
