Role Overview

The Mathematics Teacher – JEE, NEET, NDA & CUET will be responsible for teaching conceptual and exam-oriented Mathematics for Engineering/Medical entrance and defence/university entrance exams through live classes from our digital studio (work from office).

Is role ka main focus hai students ko strong conceptual clarity + problem-solving approach + PYQs + MCQs + practice sheets ke through high-level Maths preparation dena, taaki wo JEE, NDA, CUET (and related exams) mein high score kar sakें.

Key Responsibilities1. Live Teaching (Mathematics – JEE, NDA, CUET & Foundation)

• Conduct live Mathematics classes (YouTube/App/Studio) for:
• JEE Main / JEE Advanced level
• NDA Maths (11th–12th PCM level + exam pattern)
• CUET (Science/Engineering/General Test Maths sections)
• Foundation & bridge batches where required (9th–12th level concepts).
• Cover major topics including (but not limited to):
• Algebra: Quadratic equations, Sequences & Series, Complex Numbers, Binomial Theorem, Matrices & Determinants, Probability, Permutation & Combination
• Coordinate Geometry: Straight lines, Circle, Parabola, Ellipse, Hyperbola
• Calculus: Limits, Continuity, Differentiation, Applications of Derivatives, Definite/Indefinite Integrals, Area, Differential Equations (as per syllabus)
• Trigonometry: Identities, Equations, Heights & Distances, Inverse Trigonometric functions
• Vector & 3D Geometry, Statistics, Mathematical Reasoning (as per exam pattern)
• Explain concepts in simple, structured manner with step-by-step problem-solving and multiple examples.

2. Exam-Oriented Content Delivery

• Teach via:
• Previous Year Questions (PYQs) of JEE, NDA, CUET and related exams
• Topic-wise MCQs, subjective questions, and mixed practice
• Level-wise practice – basic, moderate, and advanced questions
• Focus on:
• Time management techniques
• Shortcuts where suitable (without compromising concepts)
• Exam-specific strategies (JEE vs NDA vs CUET).

3. Content Creation & Academic Planning

• Prepare:
• Class notes, formula sheets, concept summaries
• Chapter-wise assignment sheets, DPPs (Daily Practice Problems), and test papers
• Full-length and sectional tests for JEE/NDA/CUET pattern
• Collaborate with academic/content team to:
• Design year-long, crash, and revision batches
• Create test series & mock papers
• Update content as per latest exam trends.

4. Student Engagement & Doubt Solving

• Take live doubts during and after classes via chat/comments.
• Conduct dedicated doubt classes for high-difficulty topics and frequently asked concepts.
• Use polls, quizzes, problem-of-the-day, and interactive questions to keep classes engaging and competitive.

5. Academic Discipline & Coordination

• Follow academic planner, course timeline, and test schedule strictly.
• Coordinate with Academic Head / Batch Coordinator for timetable, extra classes, revision marathons, and test discussions.
• Participate in faculty meetings, training, and academic review sessions.

6. Studio & Digital Teaching Setup

• Use digital studio tools – camera, mic, digital pen/board, PPT, screen share – effectively.
• Ensure all classes are properly recorded, titled, and stored as per system.
• Coordinate with technical team for smooth live streaming, audio-video quality, and backups.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Student attendance & consistency in Maths classes.
• Student feedback, ratings, and engagement level.
• Improvement in students’ mock test scores & real exam performance.
• On-time completion of syllabus and planned revisions.
• Quality and regularity of assignments, DPPs, tests, and solution discussions.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation in Mathematics / Engineering. Preference for:
• B.Sc / M.Sc (Mathematics)
• B.Tech / M.Tech (with strong Maths background)
• Prior teaching experience for JEE / NDA / CUET / other competitive exams preferred.
• Strong conceptual command over 11th–12th level Mathematics and competitive exam patterns.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent command over Mathematics concepts and problem-solving.
• Ability to teach in Hindi + basic English terms (bilingual explanation preferred).
• Strong board/studio presence, clear handwriting (digital or physical), and structured explanation style.
• Comfortable with PPT-based teaching, PDF creation, and digital writing tools.
• Student-centric, motivational, and result-oriented approach.
• Punctual, disciplined, and committed to consistent high-quality classes.

Work Schedule

• Mode: Work from Office (airGurukul Studio – Greater Noida)
• Full-time, 6 days a week (1 weekly off – [Day])
• Class timings as per academic schedule; may include morning & evening batches.
• Extra classes during exam season, marathons, and revision phases may be required.
