We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Mathematics Faculty to join our team and teach students preparing for the IIT-JEE Advanced exam. As a Mathematics Faculty, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction in mathematics, designing lesson plans, and delivering engaging and effective lessons to help students achieve excellence in their exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach mathematics topics related to IIT-JEE Advanced syllabus (including Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, and Probability).
• Design and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that cater to the needs of students at different levels of understanding.
• Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and assignments to track student progress and performance.
• Provide personalized guidance to students through doubt-solving sessions and one-on-one mentoring.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, patterns, and changes in the IIT-JEE Advanced exam to ensure the curriculum remains relevant.
• Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment in the classroom.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and other interactive sessions to boost students' confidence and problem-solving skills.
• Regularly evaluate and improve teaching methods and materials for maximum student engagement and understanding.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech/ B.E. in Mathematics or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• We are in search of a Mathematics educator with an academic background from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), committed to delivering high-quality instruction.
• Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in teaching Mathematics for IIT-JEE Advanced.
• Strong understanding of IIT-JEE syllabus, exam patterns, and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passionate about teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals.
• Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts for better student comprehension.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools and technologies (if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in teaching students in a coaching institute for IIT-JEE preparation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain difficult problems in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Ability to work with a team of educators to enhance student learning outcomes.

Salary: Competitive and based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹57,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
