We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area at our residential apartment project site. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, visitors, and clients. You will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and providing administrative support to the sales and marketing team. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and greet all walk-in customers and visitors at the site office. Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming reception area. Register visitor details and coordinate with the sales/marketing team for site visits. Handle incoming phone calls and route them appropriately. Provide basic project information to visitors and direct inquiries to the concerned person. Schedule appointments for the sales team and manage daily visitor logs. Manage front desk email and respond to basic inquiries. Handle courier/dispatch and maintain relevant records. Assist in the preparation of brochures, flyers, and project information handouts. Support administrative and documentation tasks as assigned. Requirements: Minimum 0-3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role. Good communication skills in English and local language (Hindi / regional language). Pleasant personality with a professional appearance. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. Prior experience in real estate/hospitality industry preferred (but not mandatory). Work Schedule: Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday Weekly Off: Monday Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
