Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Curriculum Developer – Mathematics to join our academic content team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mathematics, a flair for instructional design, and a strong understanding of school-level curricula. This role involves creating high-quality, standards-aligned math content that fosters conceptual understanding and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and refine math curriculum content for Grades K–12 based on national and state academic standards (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards).
• Create engaging and effective instructional materials, including lesson plans, assessments, worksheets, activities, and teacher guides.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and editors to ensure accuracy, clarity, and visual appeal of content.
• Design interactive and differentiated materials suitable for both classroom and digital learning environments.
• Conduct regular content audits and incorporate feedback to improve academic effectiveness.
• Stay updated with educational trends and integrate innovative pedagogical practices.
• Support the product team with curriculum mapping and scope & sequence planning.
• Assist in teacher training or demo sessions when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related discipline (Master’s or B.Ed is a plus).
• 2–5 years of experience in teaching or academic content/curriculum development.
• Sound understanding of math concepts across grade levels and familiarity with Indian school curricula.
• Strong written communication and content structuring skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace; experience with curriculum tools or digital learning platforms is a bonus.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a student-centric approach to content creation.
