Material (Tube) Inspector

Department Responsibility

• To maintain discipline as per rules & regulation of the Organization.
• Achievement of set Production Targets
• Communication of operational status and deviations if any to shift engineer.
• Drive Continuous Improvements and development on a personal and operational level.
• Address and follow TPM requirements and Maintain highest level of 5S in your work area.
• Material handling as per procedure.
• Lean maintain in department as SMT BS 2.0 requirements.
• Whenever require, you have to work at other station in the organization.
• To follow instruction of your superiors.
• To carry out production and stoppage entry in the PPC system.
• Basic Maintenance and lubrication
• Maintain Quality and Cleanliness standards of incoming, in-process and out-going material
• Follow the WI & SOP,

EHS Responsibility

Follow all SAFETY norms at workplace & company.

Authority:

• To carry out production and stoppage entry in the PPC system.
• Work alone at workstation as per WI

Accountability:

• Basic Maintenance and lubrication
• Maintain Quality and Cleanliness standards of incoming, in-process and out-going material
• Material inspection & packing as per company guideline,

• Responsible for TM21 & TM22 (Inspection & Packing)

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

• Operating skill of Inspection/PMI and Mark/packed
• Creativity, Flexibility and Teamwork
• Basic knowledge of 5S, TPM & KAIZEN,

EXPERIENCE:

• 1 to 5 year experience

EDUCATION :

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical engineering
