We are seeking an experienced RFP Writer with a strong background in IT consulting to lead proposal development, solution documentation, and competitive positioning for U.S. SLED ( State, Local, and Education) and Federal IT opportunities. If you have experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting firms (Deloitte, IBM, Accenture, Cognizant, etc.), excel in fast-paced environments, and can translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling proposals we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation. Partner with SMEs, delivery teams, and leadership to ensure content accuracy and alignment. Create boilerplates, case studies, and proof-of-concept recommendations. Support Bid/No-Bid decisions through research and competitive analysis. Assist with project plans, budgets, and candidate evaluations for staffing components. Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance, clarity, and on-time submission. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in technical writing, proposal development, or IT consulting. Background supporting Tier 1/2 consulting firms and SLED/Federal sector projects. Strong understanding of IT project lifecycles, solutioning methodologies, and staffing models. Exceptional writing, communication, and collaboration skills. Proven research capability and ability to meet tight deadlines.
