Job Purpose We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer with proven expertise in the design, fabrication, and execution of Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers . The role involves leading and managing engineering activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with ASME, TEMA, and relevant codes . Key Responsibilities Project Management & Execution Lead end-to-end project execution for pressure vessel and heat exchanger fabrication. Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Manage client communication, clarify technical queries, and ensure customer requirements are met. Coordinate with procurement, production, QA/QC, and fabrication teams for seamless project execution. Engineering & Technical Support Review and approve fabrication drawings, material specifications, and design documents. Ensure compliance with ASME Sec VIII Div. 1 & 2, TEMA, API, and other relevant standards. Perform design calculations, stress analysis, and thermal/hydraulic analysis where required. Provide technical support during fabrication, assembly, and testing stages. Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure adherence to quality standards, codes, and client specifications. Oversee inspection, NDT, hydro testing, and final documentation. Drive compliance with HSE standards throughout project execution. As a Thermal Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing to ensure efficient heat transfer, minimize energy losses, and maintain optimal temperatures in Heat Exchanger Manufacturing Industries. - Thermal & Process designs various types of ASME & TEMA Heat Exchangers based on Customer datasheets and project specifications, utilizing HTRI and other software. - Perform mechanical calculations for the Heat exchangers in accordance with Design Code, Client datasheet, and Specifications. - Prepare mechanical data sheets for the Heat exchangers. - Create Tube/Tubesheet layouts, select baffles, including baffle layouts, and others. - Conduct thermal rating of Heat exchangers. - Prepare/review Material Take off, Material specifications, and Purchase requisitions including Technical Delivery Conditions. - Optimize process/thermal design & obtain approvals from clients/consultants for the optimum design calculations.
