About the Role We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across platforms. This role will cover both Matamaal Restaurants and K&M , requiring someone who can blend storytelling, branding, and performance marketing to engage audiences, grow community, and drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creation Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives. Plan content calendars, campaigns, and collaborations across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Work with design/creative teams to produce engaging posts, reels, and stories that reflect Kashmiri culture, cuisine, and brand ethos. Community Engagement Manage online communities, respond to comments/DMs, and drive conversations. Build strong relationships with influencers, bloggers, and food/culture communities. Performance & Analytics Track, analyze, and report on social media performance (engagement, reach, conversions). Optimize campaigns to meet KPIs (follower growth, website traffic, reservations/orders, sales). Campaign Management Drive paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms with ROI focus. Support restaurant events, product launches, and seasonal promotions with digital activations. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the marketing, design, and operations teams. Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels. Key Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3–5 years of experience managing social media for consumer brands (F&B, lifestyle, or e-commerce preferred). Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and content formats . Hands-on experience with paid ads (Meta/Google) and analytics tools.
