We work with 100+ wholesale lenders to deliver smart financing solutions — from conventional loans to construction and investment property loans. We are expanding our operations team and looking for a Mortgage Closer & Funder who can help us keep our loan pipeline running smoothly from clear-to-close through funding and post-closing. ✅ What You’ll Do Review final loan packages for accuracy and compliance before closing. Coordinate with title companies, lenders, escrow agents, and loan officers to ensure smooth and timely closings. Prepare and verify Closing Disclosures (CDs) , funding authorizations, and wire requests. Verify and balance funding figures, confirm wire instructions, and ensure all executed documents are received prior to disbursement. Order and Track funding wires and confirm disbursement with title companies. Conduct post-closing reviews to ensure executed documents are complete and compliant. Manage document uploads and file organization in our LOS (Loan Origination System). Manage a pipeline of brokered and correspondent loans to meet daily and monthly funding goals. Manage the purchasing process for correspondent loans, including stacking files, submitting to investors, clearing conditions, and confirming funding/purchase. Support the operations and accounting teams with closing/funding reports and reconciliation. Maintain knowledge of various investor closing and funding requirements. Identify process gaps or issues that can improve speed and accuracy. ✅ Requirements Prior work with a U.S. mortgage brokerage or lender . Familiarity with U.S. title, escrow, and wire procedures. 2+ years of experience in U.S. mortgage closing or funding (required). Strong understanding of TRID, RESPA , and compliance guidelines. Strong working knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM products. Experience with loan origination systems like Arive, Encompass, LendingPad, or similar. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files at once.Reliable home setup: fast internet, quiet work environment, and stable power. Knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and PDF tools. Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (U.S.) . ✅ Nice to Have Experience in non-delegated correspondent funding or post-closing audits.
