Job Title: Sales Executive Location :North Paravoor, Ernakulam Department: Sales and Marketing Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales and able to understand customer needs and close deals effectively. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-ups. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitors. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit. Maintain records of sales activities and generate regular reports. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage. Valid driver’s license (for field sales roles). Work Environment: Office and field-based work. May require travel to meet clients or attend industry events.
